INTRODUCTION
Have we lost control of our technology? Technology produces many positive outputs and solves many problems but negative outputs can create new problems. Technology affects humans, animals and our environment both positively and negatively. High tech brings with it high prices like death and destruction or damage for years to come. Should we or could we go back to the days of simple technologies like horse drawn carriages and telegraphs? Technology is neither good nor evil. It can be used for both purposes.
