Notebook Grade

Notebooks will be collected. Notebook grades will be worth a test grade. On a specified day, you will be required to hand in your notebook. The notebook will be evaluated with the following criteria:

Organization:

· Sections designated and labeled.

· Pages are numbered.

· Pages are in number order and proper sections.

Content:

· All pages (homework, notes, returned tests and quizzes) are complete. This includes absent work.

Neatness:

· Notebook is neat and presentable.

All of these are graded on a 1-5 basis. They are added together and the total is divided by 25 to achieve a percentage. The grade is entered as a test grade.
