Conclusion

The goal of this Web Quest is to have students research the historical events that inspire songs. Students will connect the real life events with the author's interpretation. They will come away with a better understanding of the events and people in history that inspire artists to write songs.

Students will create editorials about six songs and their historical accuracy. They will investigate the facts in history that inspire artists to write songs. Students will also learn how to use technology in order to make their journey into the past possible.
