ASSIGNMENT FOR ANCIENT EMPIRES WEB PAGE

THE TASK | EVALUATION | FINAL QUIZ | SUBMITTING YOUR PROJECT

THE TASK

Visit and critique at least one web site for each chapter of study in Unit II. Each chapter has at least one topic.
After you visit each web site you will answer a brief evaluation about the web site.
Your final project will include these evaluations and a 20 question quiz on Unit II.
Results and any questions can be e-mailed to me at modonnell@lakelandschools.org

EVALUATION:

Answer the following questions for EACH web site you visit. When you submit your final project you will have AT LEAST six evaluations as well as your 20 question quiz.

1. In complete sentences give three facts that you recognized from either your notes or your text book.

2. In complete sentences give three NEW facts that you learned from the web site.

3. Evaluate the web site by answering the following questions. What are two positive qualities of the web site? Two negative qualities? Would you recommend this site to another person? Why or why not?

FINAL QUIZ:

You are required to make a quiz based on the information from the web sites. Listed below are the requirements:

20 questions
At least 2 questions from each topic.
Questions should be based on the information from the web sites.
You may make it multiple choice or fill in.

SUBMITTING YOUR PROJECT:

You may submit your project one of three ways:

e mailing the minimum six evaluations and final quiz to me at modonnell@lakelandschools.org
e mailing me at modonnell@lakelandschools.org the name of your web page containing your six evaluations and final quiz.
handing in typed hard copy of your six evaluations and quiz.
