Welcome to Second Grade!

I am Mrs. Brinn, a Second Grade Teacher at Lincoln-Titus Elementary School. I have been teaching 2nd grade for eleven years, nine of which have been here at L-T.

I received my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from SUNY Oneonta. I attended Fordham University and received my Masters degree in Special Education.

The best part about teaching at Lincoln-Titus is the atmosphere. It is a small and friendly school. I love working with my students as well as the creative staff.

During the day I teach reading, writing, spelling, math, social studies and science. My favorite subjects to teach are reading and writing. I love to see the progress that my students make from the start to the end of the year. They truly blossom! When my kids are writing, I am able to see how creative they can be.

When I am not at Lincoln-Titus, I enjoy spending time with my husband, John, playing with my 2 year old son, Aidan and crazy dog, Maggie. I also enjoy reading, and taking classes to further my education. Learning never ends!
