Where do you get your quarters?

We were interested in finding out how the students get the quarters for their collection. The 4th grade students get most of their quarters from friends and family, but 5th grade students get most of theirs from change when buying something in stores. In both grades, the two most popular ways to collect are friends and family and change from stores. Very few 4th and 5th grade students buy them from the U.S. Mint, making state quarter collecting a fun and inexpensive hobby for our students.
